My story begins with a passion for understanding the complexities of human behavior. I have always been curious about how people think, interact, and make decisions. As a result, I embarked on a journey to learn more about user experience (UX) research and its impact on technology-driven products.

Purposeful Work

As an experienced User Experience Researcher with over 8 years of experience, including 4 years as an adjunct professor, I have worked in a variety of industries. I have collaborated with companies such as Toyota, Capital One, and the US Federal Government. My research efforts have helped these organizations better understand their customers' needs, resulting in improved product experiences and increased revenue.

Intentional Leadership

In my career, I co-founded two startups, AnalogTeams and Research Bookmark, that used new technologies to help teams build meaningful products. I used my entrepreneurial spirit to apply my passion for creativity and user research in unique ways.
